Every step is handled personally by Santo Artusa, Jr., J.D. and our team. You are never just a number.

1
Initial Contact

Call Our 24/7 Intake Line

Call (929) 788-6382 anytime — day, night, weekend, or holiday. Our 24/7 live intake line is always staffed with real team members who know the program.

Prefer text? Send ENROLL to (201) 205-3201 for a callback the same business day.

We ask three simple questions to build your plan:

  • How many hours do you need? Your court order, attorney, or personal goals determine this — typically 4, 8, 12, or 16 hours.
  • Which court is your case in? Municipal, Superior, or Family Court — we serve all 21 NJ counties.
  • When is your next court date? We work backward from your deadline to ensure completion on time — or documented meaningful progress.
Bilingual from the first hello. Our intake team handles English and Spanish fluently. Santo Artusa, Jr. is bilingual and many sessions are conducted in Spanish upon request.
2
Enrollment

Sign the Agreement & Receive Your Letter of Enrollment

Same-day enrollment is standard. Santo Artusa, Jr., J.D. (Rutgers Law) personally reviews your situation — court documents, charges, court date, and attorney involvement — and confirms your program structure.

You receive:

  • A simple one-page enrollment agreement outlining your program length, session schedule, pricing, and expectations
  • A typed e-signature option — no need to print, scan, or fax anything
  • A Letter of Enrollment issued the same day — emailed to you and your attorney within hours, often within minutes
Why this matters: If your court date is approaching, the Letter of Enrollment gives your attorney something to present immediately — demonstrating that you are actively engaged, not stalling.
3
Payment

Transparent Pricing — Arranged at Enrollment

We keep pricing simple and transparent. Program costs range from $475 to $950 depending on the hour structure your court requires. No hidden fees, no surprise add-ons, no up-selling.

Payment is arranged at enrollment so you can focus on what actually matters — completing your program and satisfying the court. Most clients pay upfront via credit card, debit card, or secure online transfer.

Zone-based pricing reflects the county served — Bergen, Essex, Morris (Zone A premium); Hudson, Middlesex, Union (Zone B standard); South Jersey counties (Zone C value).
4
Intake Assessment

Complete Your Intake & Schedule Session One

Within hours of enrollment, you receive our 14-section intake assessment — a confidential questionnaire your specialist uses to understand your triggers, history, support systems, and personal goals before your very first session.

The intake covers:

  • Background and presenting situation
  • Prior mental health and substance use history
  • Family, employment, and legal context
  • Specific trigger patterns you have noticed
  • Goals and motivation level

Simultaneously, your first session is scheduled — typically within 48-72 hours of enrollment. Live telehealth sessions are available 7 days per week, including evenings, to accommodate working schedules.

5
Live Sessions

Complete Your One-on-One Sessions

Every session is private, 1-on-1, and live — conducted via secure telehealth directly with Santo Artusa, Jr., J.D. or one of our certified specialists. Sessions run 50-60 minutes and follow a court-specific CBT-based curriculum tailored to your charges, triggers, and personal goals.

Common program structures:

  • 4 Hours — Standard for many municipal court matters
  • 8 Hours — Common for PTI and conditional discharge cases
  • 12 Hours — Often required for DV-related matters and more serious charges
  • 16 Hours — Extended programs for complex cases or employer-mandated referrals

Your specialist tracks your progress throughout and can provide interim progress updates to your attorney or the court at any point — critical if your court date falls before program completion.

Why live one-on-one matters: NJ courts increasingly scrutinize pre-recorded or self-paced online programs. Live telehealth sessions with a real specialist carry significantly more weight at sentencing than any video-only program.
6
Completion

Your Formal Completion Letter is Issued

Upon completing all required hours, NJAMG issues a formal Completion Letter on our letterhead — not a generic printable certificate. Your Completion Letter documents:

  • Your full legal name and program dates
  • Total hours and sessions completed
  • Session format (live one-on-one telehealth)
  • Specific curriculum and topics covered
  • Behavioral engagement observed by your specialist
  • Signed and dated by Santo Artusa, Jr., J.D., program director

This Completion Letter is recognized by every court in New Jersey — all 21 counties, all municipal courts, all Superior Courts, and all Family Courts.

Not a “certificate” — a formal letter. We intentionally issue a signed professional letter rather than a printable certificate because it carries more evidentiary weight and cannot be confused with the generic completion documents courts sometimes disregard.
7
Delivery

Completion Letter Sent to You and Your Legal Team

Your Completion Letter is delivered directly to you — and, upon your signed authorization, to your attorney and/or the court handling your case.

Your attorney presents the letter at your next court appearance as formal evidence of:

  • Compliance with any court-ordered conditions
  • Active engagement in behavioral change
  • Genuine commitment to avoiding future incidents
  • Rehabilitation — which matters at sentencing, plea negotiations, and post-disposition matters
For many clients, this letter is the single most important document in achieving charge dismissal, downgrade, or a favorable plea resolution. Your attorney will know how to use it strategically.
What Makes NJAMG Different

Attorney-Founded. One-on-One. Bilingual. Court-Respected.

These are not marketing points — they are the four reasons judges, attorneys, and clients choose us.

⚖️

Attorney-Founded

Santo Artusa, Jr. holds a J.D. from Rutgers Law and practiced criminal defense and family law in NJ for over a decade. He understands what courts actually want to see — because he has stood in those courtrooms himself.

👤

Live One-on-One Sessions

No pre-recorded videos. No self-paced modules. No “watch and click next.” Every session is a live, private, 50-60 minute conversation between you and a specialist. NJ courts increasingly reject video-only programs.

🇪🇸

Bilingual English / Español

Santo is fluent in Spanish. Sessions, intake, agreements, and Completion Letters are all available in either language. Critical for NJ/NY metro clients whose attorneys or courts require Spanish-language documentation.

🏛️

All 21 NJ Counties

Our Completion Letters have been accepted in every NJ county, municipal court, Superior Court, and Family Court. Live telehealth is specifically accepted by NJ courts for anger management requirements.

⏱️

48-72 Hour Start Time

Most clients enroll today and start their first session within 2-3 days. Letters of Enrollment go out the same day for urgent court matters.

📄

Real Letter — Not a Certificate

Every client receives a signed professional Completion Letter on NJAMG letterhead — not a generic printable certificate. It carries evidentiary weight and cannot be mistaken for a mass-produced credential.

The Completion Letter

Why Our Letter Carries More Weight

Built to work in court — not just to check a box.

Most programs issue a generic printable certificate that arrives as a PDF attachment. Courts have seen thousands of them. They often look identical regardless of whether the program was one hour or twenty.

NJAMG issues a formal letter on our letterhead, signed and dated by Santo Artusa, Jr., J.D., that reads like what it is — a professional document from an attorney-founded program.

  • Full client name, program dates, and total hours
  • Detailed list of specific curriculum topics covered
  • Documented session format (live one-on-one telehealth)
  • Notes on client engagement and participation
  • Directly signed by program director (J.D., Rutgers Law)
  • Sent to client, attorney, and court as authorized
📄

Letter of Completion

Issued on NJAMG letterhead. Signed by the program director. Recognized in all 21 NJ counties.

“A signed professional letter from an attorney-founded program reads differently than a generic printable certificate — because it is different.”
