The Zero-Denial Guarantee: Accepted by Your Court — or 100% of Your Money Back, Plus $500

Every week, someone asks us the same nervous question: “will my court actually accept this?” It is a fair question — courts reject cheap certificates all the time. So here is our answer, and we will put it in writing: in more than 10 years, no court has ever rejected our completed program documentation. Not one court. Not one time. And if that ever changes on your case, we will refund every dollar you paid — and hand you $500 on top of it for the trouble.

100% + $500

If a court ever rejects your completed NJAMG program documentation, you receive a full refund of your program fee plus $500.

10+ years. Zero denials. That is why we can write this sentence.

Why We Can Make a Promise Nobody Else Will

Ask any other program to put this guarantee on their homepage. Listen carefully to the silence. They cannot write it — because they have been rejected, and they know it can happen again. We can write it because of how this practice was built:

What Courts Actually Reject — and Why It Is Never Us

The horror stories are real; they just belong to a different kind of program. What gets questioned and rejected: the same-day online certificate from a website nobody can call, the out-of-state click-through course, the group program whose “documentation” is a sign-in sheet, the provider no one in the courthouse has ever heard of. Judges have seen every shortcut ever invented, and the shortcuts are precisely what created the worry that brought you to this page. The fix is not hoping your certificate squeaks by. The fix is handing up documentation built by someone who spent a career on the other side of the bench’s skepticism.

The Guarantee, Word for Word

Terms of the Zero-Denial Guarantee

  1. The promise. If a court rejects New Jersey Anger Management Group’s completed program documentation for the matter you enrolled for, we will refund 100% of your program fee and pay you an additional $500.
  2. Completed means completed. The guarantee applies to programs completed as enrolled, at the session count the court or prosecutor requires for your matter (and where no count is stated, the count we recommend and you complete).
  3. Show us the rejection. A claim requires the rejection in writing or on the record — an order, a transcript reference, or correspondence from the court or prosecutor — provided to us within 90 days of your completion date.
  4. The carve-outs. The guarantee does not apply where a court requires a certified batterers intervention program or another specific state-certified program type — that determination always controls — or where the enrollment information we relied on (court, charge, required count) was inaccurate.
  5. One claim per client matter. Payment is made within 14 days of verification.
  6. Verification and integrity. All claims are verified directly with the court. Submission of falsified or altered documentation voids this guarantee and all program documentation issued, and we reserve all available legal remedies.
  7. Governing law and venue. This guarantee is governed by New Jersey law, and any dispute arising from it shall be brought exclusively in the courts sitting in Hudson County, New Jersey.

Plain-English note: this guarantee covers acceptance of our completed program documentation. It is not a guarantee of any case outcome — no outcome is or can be guaranteed by anyone, and we would not trust a provider who claims otherwise.

How a Claim Would Work — All Three Steps

Step 1: Email the written rejection to njangermgt@pm.me within 90 days of completion. Step 2: We verify with the documentation in your file. Step 3: 100% refund plus $500, within 14 days. No forms, no hearings, no fine-print maze — a promise this clean only stays clean if claiming it is clean too. In 10+ years, these three steps have never once been needed.

Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly does the Zero-Denial Guarantee promise?

If a court rejects your completed NJAMG program documentation — a program completed as enrolled, at the session count your court requires — we refund 100% of your program fee and pay you $500 on top of it. In more than 10 years, no court has ever rejected our completed program documentation, which is exactly why we can make this promise in writing.

Why do other programs get rejected by courts?

The rejections we hear about involve same-day online certificates, out-of-state click-through courses, group programs with sign-in-sheet paperwork, and providers courts have never heard of. Judges and prosecutors have seen every shortcut. What they accept is what we produce: a real one-on-one clinical program, documented session by session, with a verifiable Certificate of Completion and a 2-4 page Completion Letter written personally by a retired New Jersey criminal and family law attorney.

How would a claim actually work?

Simple and fast: send us the written rejection — an order, a transcript reference, or a letter from the court or prosecutor — within 90 days of completing your program. We verify it, and you receive 100% of your program fee back plus $500. No forms, no fight, no fine-print maze.

Does the guarantee cover my case outcome?

No — and honesty about this is part of why courts trust our paperwork. The guarantee covers acceptance of our completed program documentation. No one can guarantee the outcome of any case, and anyone who says otherwise should worry you. What we guarantee is that the program you complete with us will stand up when it is handed to the bench.

Are there conditions?

A few, and they are common sense: the program must be completed as enrolled at the session count your court requires; the rejection must be documented in writing or on the record within 90 days of completion; the guarantee does not apply where a court requires a certified batterers intervention program or another specific state-certified program type, or where enrollment information we relied on was inaccurate; one claim per client matter. That is the entire list.

Important disclosures. New Jersey Anger Management Group is an anger management education provider. We are not a law firm, we do not represent clients, and nothing on this page is legal advice — consult a licensed New Jersey attorney about your matter. The Zero-Denial Guarantee covers acceptance of our completed program documentation on the terms stated above; it is not a guarantee of any case outcome, and no outcome is or can be guaranteed. Statements about courts reflect our general experience; every case is different, and the court’s and prosecutor’s stated requirements for your matter always control. References to any court describe its public role respectfully and imply no influence or affiliation whatsoever. Where a court determines a certified batterers intervention program is required, that determination controls. If any court order, including a restraining or no-contact order, applies to you, it controls completely.
