Frequently Asked Questions — For Attorneys
How quickly will my client receive their Letter of Enrollment?
Within 4 hours of enrollment — often faster. The letter is ready for you to present at the next court appearance, PTI hearing, or FRO proceeding.
Is this program accepted at every NJ court?
Yes. Our program has been accepted at Municipal Courts and Superior Courts across all 21 NJ counties. We also serve clients with cases in other states who need NJ-grade documentation.
Can I get interim progress reports before my client completes the program?
Absolutely. We provide interim progress reports on demand at any point during treatment. These are formatted for court submission and document attendance, curriculum covered, and behavioral observations.
Are sessions group or individual?
All sessions are 100% private and individual — 1-on-1 with a certified anger management specialist. We do not offer group sessions. This ensures complete confidentiality and personalized treatment.
How many sessions will my client need?
Programs range from 4 to 12 sessions depending on the charge, court order, and case circumstances. Common programs: 4-6 sessions for minor charges, 8 sessions for standard anger management, 10-12 sessions for DV-related or more serious charges. We recommend the appropriate length based on your client’s specific court requirements.
Does proactive enrollment help with plea negotiations?
Consistently, yes. Judges and prosecutors across NJ view proactive enrollment as a sign of genuine accountability. Our enrollment letter and progress reports have been used successfully in Conditional Dismissal applications, PTI applications, FRO hearings, and plea negotiations throughout Hudson, Bergen, Essex, Passaic, Middlesex, and every other NJ county.
Do you offer in-person sessions?
Yes. We offer in-person 1-on-1 sessions on weekends at our Jersey City office at 121 Newark Ave Suite 301, plus live
remote sessions via Zoom 7 days/week. A hybrid model is available — in-person to start, transitioning to remote for flexibility.
Do you offer sessions in Spanish?
Yes. We provide sessions for Spanish-speaking clients — critical for cases in Union City, Elizabeth, Paterson, Perth Amboy, and other communities with large Hispanic populations.
