Part of our Christian faith-based anger management program — live, one-on-one, integrating Scripture with proven cognitive-behavioral methods, serving all of New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania remotely, seven days a week, in English and Spanish.
Pastors and church leaders are usually the first to know when a member is losing the battle with anger — the marriage under strain, the man ashamed after another blow-up, the family quietly walking on eggshells, sometimes the member now facing a court date. And leaders tell us the same thing: they want somewhere trustworthy to refer people, somewhere professional enough to satisfy a court if needed, and aligned enough that the member's faith will be honored rather than sidelined. That is precisely what we built. Referred members receive a live, one-on-one, Scripture-integrated program from a credentialed anger management specialist — attorney-founded, structured, and documented — with complete confidentiality (we share nothing with anyone, including the referring leader, without the member's written direction). For members with court or probation requirements, we provide enrollment confirmation and a clinician-signed Completion Letter accepted widely by courts. There is no fee to refer and nothing to administer: simply give a struggling member our number, or call us yourself to ask questions about fit — we are glad to speak with any pastor or leader before a referral is made. Our work complements pastoral care; it never replaces it.
No referral needed and no legal matter required. Many our clients enroll for a marriage, for their family, at a pastor’s suggestion, or out of personal conviction. Your program is completely private and judgment-free — one phone call starts it, and everything is built around your schedule, evenings and weekends included.
If a court, probation officer, or attorney requires anger management, you can satisfy the requirement here without giving up the faith-centered approach. Programs are structured and session-documented, enrollment confirmation is available quickly, and a professional, clinician-signed Completion Letter is issued at the end. Tell us your required session count and we match it precisely.
The essential program: warning signs, the pause, HALT, forgiveness foundations, and a personal plan.
Our most-chosen length — the full curriculum arc with practice between sessions. Satisfies most court requirements.
Maximum depth, with extended work on grievances, relationship repair, amends, and rebuilding trust.
All programs are flat-rate with community-rate options in many areas — your exact rate is confirmed on your first call. See the full program details on our Christian Anger Management hub page.
No. Voluntary, self-referred clients are a large part of this program — no court involvement, no referral, and complete privacy. One phone call starts it.
Our anger management programs are widely accepted, session-documented, and matched to your specific required session count, with enrollment confirmation available quickly and a clinician-signed Completion Letter at the end. If your court has specific conditions, call us and we will confirm the fit before you enroll.
Always. Every session is live and individual by secure video — never a group, never pre-recorded — scheduled seven days a week, including evenings and weekends, in English or Spanish.
No — the Christian track is chosen by you. The same program is available in a standard format, and your court documentation is identical either way: professional and strictly factual.
6, 8, or 10 sessions. Live, one-on-one, seven days a week — with Christ’s teachings at the center of the work.

New Jersey Anger Management Group provides educational anger management programming by remote telehealth. The practice is attorney-founded but is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or representation. The Christian faith-based track is an optional curriculum format chosen by the client; it is educational in nature and is not psychotherapy, pastoral counseling, or a substitute for either. Court and probation acceptance is determined by the individual court, judge, or supervising officer; we encourage confirming specific requirements with the referring authority, and we gladly assist with that confirmation. In a crisis, call 988 or 911.
