Additional Sessions — 16-Session Program
The 16-session program includes everything above plus four additional sessions covering:
Managing Your Reactions
Focuses on the individual’s relationship with their own emotions. Why do I get angry? What triggers me? How do I develop healthier responses? Anger management is inward-focused — it helps you control how you react to situations.
Understanding Power and Control
Focuses on patterns of behavior within relationships. This program goes deeper to address how power, control, intimidation, and manipulation affect a partner and family. It requires accountability for harm done and builds an understanding of healthy, equal relationship dynamics.
