Domestic Violence Education Program | NJ Anger Management Group
Private • One-on-One • Confidential

Domestic Violence Education Program

A private, individualized program designed to address the root causes of domestic conflict through education, self-awareness, and accountability. Available in 12 or 16 session formats.

Private, One-on-One Sessions

Our Domestic Violence Education Program is conducted entirely in private, individualized sessions — just you and your facilitator. No group settings. No sharing your personal situation with a room full of strangers. This allows for deeper, more honest, and more effective work tailored to your specific circumstances.

Ideal for individuals referred by the court, an attorney, or those seeking personal development.

16-Session Program

16 Private One-on-One Sessions

Our extended program includes everything in the 12-session format with additional sessions covering cultural and societal factors, the intersection of substance use and domestic violence, co-parenting after conflict, and a comprehensive long-term accountability plan. How This Differs from Anger Management
Two different programs designed for two different situations
Anger Management

Managing Your Reactions

Focuses on the individual’s relationship with their own emotions. Why do I get angry? What triggers me? How do I develop healthier responses? Anger management is inward-focused — it helps you control how you react to situations.

DV Education Program

Understanding Power and Control

Focuses on patterns of behavior within relationships. This program goes deeper to address how power, control, intimidation, and manipulation affect a partner and family. It requires accountability for harm done and builds an understanding of healthy, equal relationship dynamics.

Not sure which program is right for your situation? Call us.
