DV Program for Probation in New Jersey
Ordered to complete a domestic violence or batterers intervention program as a condition of probation? Enroll today — your probation officer gets your enrollment letter within 24 hours.
Your Probation Condition, Handled
If your judgment of conviction or probation conditions say “attend a domestic violence program,”
“complete batterers intervention,” or similar language, your probation officer’s job is simple:
confirm you enrolled, confirm you are attending, confirm you finished. Our program is built around exactly that.
Within 24 hours of enrollment, your PO receives a formal enrollment letter describing the program — 26 weeks,
weekly modules and written assignments, individual clinical sessions, identity verification. While you are in the
program, your PO can request a status report at any time and receive it promptly: modules completed, assignments
submitted, sessions attended, account standing. When you finish, your Certificate of Completion and detailed
Completion Letter go out, and your condition is satisfied.
Probation moves on dates. Miss your enrollment window and you are explaining yourself at a violation hearing.
With no waitlist and same-week intake, the fastest way to make this condition go away is to start it today.
Why POs Don’t Push Back on This Program
Probation officers are skeptical of online certificates for a reason — too many programs will sell anyone a
PDF. Ours answers every objection before it is raised: the program takes 26 actual weeks (modules drip-lock weekly
— it cannot be binged), every week produces a dated written assignment, identity is verified with every
submission, and live individual sessions bookend and anchor the program. That is more documented engagement than
most in-person groups generate.
🔐 Identity-Verified Completion
Every enrollee provides a copy of a state or national ID at intake and verifies identity with each weekly
submission. When your probation officer or the court asks who actually did the work, the answer is documented
26 times over. This is the standard online programs should have been held to all along — ours is.

Founded by a Retired New Jersey Family & Criminal Law Attorney
The program was founded by Santo V. Artusa, Jr., J.D., C.A.M.T. — a retired New Jersey
family law and criminal law attorney and clinician executive with more than 15 years inside the same courts
this program serves, including years as a public defender in Jersey City. He has sat at counsel table for the
restraining order hearing, the plea cutoff, and the probation review. That is why the documentation is written
the way courts actually read it — and why lawyers and litigants trust it.
Frequently Asked Questions
What does my probation officer receive, and when?
An enrollment letter within 24 hours of enrollment, status reports on request throughout the 26 weeks, and a Certificate of Completion plus detailed Completion Letter at discharge. If a payment lapses more than 3 days, program access pauses and status reflects it — so staying current is in your hands.
I’m on probation in one county but live in another. Does that matter?
No. The program is fully remote, so it works regardless of which county supervises you. We report to whichever probation office you give us.
Will my court or probation officer accept this program?
The program is accepted by courts and probation departments in New Jersey, and has been used to satisfy court requirements in New York and Pennsylvania. Every order is different — send us your paperwork or your probation officer’s contact information and we confirm acceptance before you enroll.
How much does the program cost?
$1,000 paid in full. Payment plans: $300 down plus 3 payments of $300 ($1,200 total), or $150 down plus 6 payments of $215 ($1,440 total). Payments auto-charge every 4 weeks, and program access pauses if a payment is more than 3 days past due.
Is the program really online? How does that satisfy a court order?
Weekly modules and written assignments are completed online on your schedule; intake, mid-program, and discharge sessions are live individual video sessions with program staff. Identity is verified at intake and with every weekly submission, and your court or probation officer receives an enrollment letter within 24 hours and status reports on request.
